Inspired by my first date with my husband at this fancy little French cafe. He romanced me with pastel macarons.

Note: pic is representing the colorway. Each braid may vary slightly because of the unique nature of hand-dyed fiber, and depending what base the colorway is dyed on. Different wool dyes differently.

Dyed on Snuggle Puff: 100% USA Rambouillet. If you’ve never spun Rambouillet before you are in for a treat! It’s fine, definitely next-to-skin snuggly soft, and while it’s considered “French Merino,” I think it’s more fun to spin/knit because of its long staple length/elasticity, and bounce. Also it has less sheen so it takes the dye in softer, more diffuse ways. Sooo pretty.
